Connections is a proprietary resource that provides concierges with instant access to the latest and most reliable information on premier restaurants, businesses and organizations.
Before being added to Connections, each service partner undergoes
a thorough reference check and provides Ayuda with up-to-date insurance
information (when applicable) to ensure that your residents are always
in good hands. Service partners are also required to guarantee extra levels
of service and/or special rates, which are
passed on directly to residents.
Commissions are never collected when
business is referred to our partners, and
there is no fee for them to be included in
Connections. As a result, you can be
confident that our recommendations are
based solely on how well a service partner
can meet your residents’ needs.
Detailed information on each service
partner is provided to concierges, along
with websites and other related resources.
We also work constantly to compile current
information on arts and entertainment
listings, festivals, attractions, and other
local events.
We are always looking for service partners whose values and commitment to delivering exceptional service are aligned with Ayuda’s.
We do not collect any fees or commissions from our Connections partners. All we ask is that you guarantee the best in customer service and selection, and provide special rates for residents.
